The Contemporary Choir is open to all singers and instrumentalists from high-school age and older. Rehearsals will begin on September 3rd, 2024 and every Tuesday from 7:30pm-9:00pm.

The Contemporary Choir sings for the 11:00am Sunday liturgies (Call time at 10am) and all special occasional liturgies throughout the year including:

• Thanksgiving Day Mass
• Christmas Midnight Mass
• Christmas Day Mass
• Easter Triduum (Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Vigil, Easter Day) 
• Confirmation Masses 
• Corpus Christi Mass 
• Graduation Mass 

The Parish Choir is open to all singers and instrumentalists from high-school age and older. Rehearsals will begin on September 4th, 2024 and every Wednesday from 7:45pm-9:15pm.

The Parish Choir sings for the 9:00am Sunday liturgies (Call time at 8:30am) and all special occasional liturgies throughout the year including:

• Thanksgiving Day Mass
• Christmas Midnight Mass
• Christmas Day Mass
• Easter Triduum (Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Vigil, Easter Day) 
• Confirmation Masses 
• Corpus Christi Mass 
• Graduation Mass 

The Resurrection Choir is open to all adults (18+ years) who are willing to volunteer their time to to minister to families during their time of grief and celebration of their loved ones during the Funeral liturgies. Call time will be 30mins prior to the funeral service. No additional rehearsals are required.

Visiting singers and instrumentalists are encouraged to speak directly to Michael Myers, Music Director to assist in the funeral liturgy at (630) 837-6500 Ext. 157. 

Why are we called the Saint Cecilia Choir?
Saint Cecilia is considered the patroness saint of music. We ask for her intercessions to bless and pray over the youth of our parish as they deepen their relationship with Christ through the gift of music.

"Saint Cecilia, open the eyes and hearts of our youngest singers.
May they rejoice and praise God's name

The Saint Cecilia Youth Choir is open from 3rd grade through 8th grade. Rehearsals will begin on September 4th, 2023 and every Wednesday thereafter from 3pm-4:15pm. 

• Last Sunday of the month at 11am Mass (Call time at 10am church) 
• Thanksgiving Day Mass* 
• Sunday December 24th Christmas Eve Mass 3pm Mass, call time 2pm. 
• Mother's Day (Last Children Mass before summer break) Mass May 11th, 2025

Individuals who lead and accompany the assembly’s song at worship. Rehearsals are during the various choir rehearsals. Cantors and instrumentalists are scheduled randomly for weekend liturgy.
