We are looking for volunteers to help build the new Communications Ministry.  This ministry will help to collect information to be posted on the SJE Website, Facebook pages and Instagram.

Volunteers are needed to help with the following tasks:

We are hoping with your help to build interactive forms to collect the needed information from parishioners easier.  These tasks can be done from home, through email, phone calls and the internet.

(Group 1)

School 

• Work with Mary Thon and school administration to pull in School Events to the Homepage section. (Help with SJE School pages, if needed)

(Group 2)

Weddings/Baptisms - Work with Mary Rubicki and Deacons  

• Need to create a section for each upcoming wedding/baptisms along with an image.   (Information for attendees of the event)
• Remove after the event is held
• Add a wedding or baptism photo to the Wedding Album/Baptism Album galleries.

(Group 3)

Deceased/Mass Intentions

• Create a remembrance page with a photo – Information on the upcoming funeral event. (Information for attendees of the event)
• Remove the event after it is held
• Add the photo to the Remembrance photo gallery
• Add weekly Intentions

(Group 4)

Readings/Missions

• Add weekly Readings.
• Work with the Mission Contacts to learn about upcoming events and communicate to the proper people for the information to be added.
• Volunteer of the Month (Write an article monthly with a photo of volunteer)

(Group 5)

Calendar Updates

• Keeps the SJE Calendar up-to-date
• Religious Education
• Events from the Archdiocese of Chicago
• SJE and Ladies Auxiliary
• All events in the bulletin

(Group 6)

Instagram

• Add content and create discussions on Instagram
